One of my biggest mantras, that you hear me say on the podcast all the time is "be cool with yourself." In this video from the ADHD Big Brother course (all of which is being uploaded into the forum), I discuss the struggletastic leap from self-loathing to "I love myself!"...not very realistic in my experience.
